UCLA has a unique office that serves as the connection for parents and families to UCLA. The Office of Parent & Family Programs provides resources to parents and family members of current undergraduate students so that they may best support their student while at the institution.

The website provides information on the many different departments and services available to your student. It covers topics on Student Living; Financial Services; Health & Wellness; Support & Resources; and Parent Involvement.
Parent Bruinlink (e-newsletter)
For family member who provide the office with a current email address, they send out the Bruinlink quarterly. The Bruinlink provides a look at UCLA from different perspectives; past authors have included current parents, students, faculty and staff from various departments on campus.

For parents on Facebook, this page provides updates daily about activities on campus, available resources and important deadlines you can share with your student.

Family members can contact the staff via phone or email Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30 PST to get questions answered or be connected to the appropriate department on campus. **For phone calls the office does have a 3rd-party Translation Service to assist with answering questions, the caller only need to provide the language needed and the best number to contact them.
